So where are you now?
I'm just chilling out at home.

How would you sum up your music?
I'd call it "rock-house". Apparently it sounds like Bodyrockers and Rogue Traders.

When’s the album due?
We're recording the album at the moment, we should be finished by Christmas and then hopefully it'll be out in 2007.

Have you had any stick for being an actor-turned-musician?
Not really, cos I'm a musician-turned-actor really and now I've just gone back to music. I've always had my fingers in lots of pies, I'm just a performer and entertainer really.

Are you sad that Dream Team's ending after the current series?
Yeah, I'm gutted! I was in and out of the show since 1999. I've finished filming now, but I think they're still going til about March.

Did you enjoy Temptation Island?
Yeah! It was basically just a free holiday in Thailand if I'm honest! I don't like to turn down opportunities. And I couldn't afford a holiday that year, so, y'know.

Tell us a bit about The Bredrinz, the sitcom you've been working on...
It's a black comedy sitcom, we started filming back in Easter. It's about three black guys and a white guy who are trying to run a pirate radio station, and my character went to public school but tries to keep it hidden, except it comes back to haunt him!

Is there anything else you hope to turn your hand to apart from TV and music?
I dunno, music is my forte. Once that's successful I might do more acting. I just want to be a credible musician, and sell. And sell out!

|Your single is called 'Out Of Control' - what’s the most out of control you’ve ever been?
When I'm single I'm very out of control!
No TV smashing in hotels or anything?
When I was 16 I was on a boys' holiday and I met this girl I really wanted to have sex with on the last day just before we were meant to leave, so I broke into a hotel room with her, then afterwards I just got back on the bus. Actually, I'm really looking forward to new year's eve, cos we're throwing the last ever party at my place and they've said we can totally smash it up afterwards!
