The Chemists: 'Something For The Weekend' - Video

The Chemists release their new single 'Something For The Weekend' / 'Tazmanian Devil' on 15th September 2008 through Distiller Records. The track was produced by Kevin Bacon and Jonathan Quarmby (Richard Hawley / Primal Scream) and additional production / mix by Adrian Bushby (Foo Fighters / Doves). Watch the video!

The track is taken from their debut album that will be released early next year. The band are from Bristol and have already supported The Bluetones, The Crimea and The Delays on tour this year. The band cites their musical influences as Queens Of The Stone Age, The Pixies, The Police and Doves, amongst others.



The Chemists are Johnny Benn (Vocals), Sam James (Lead Guitar), Wayne Jones (Bass), Dave Betts (Rhythm Guitar) and Matt Albon (Drums).
