The Family: Series 2 - Preview

A British Indian family opens its doors to viewers in an eight-part second series of observational series The Family, starting on Channel 4 on Wednesday 4th November 2009.

The Grewals are a fun-loving and lively family with three generations all living under one roof. For two months they were filmed by cameras placed in every part of their house during the most dramatic and exciting months of their lives.

Highlights of the series include the birth of a new baby and a big wedding. In episode one, eldest son Sunny and Shay's Indian wedding is fast approaching. But Shay's own family don't approve of her marriage to Sunny and her attempts to patch things up have so far not gone as planned.
