Monday 26th July 2010

Feeling backed into a corner Lewis is furious with Audrey for announcing their plans. When he stalls over finances Audrey asserts money wouldn’t have been an issue but she’ll tell everyone she jumped the gun. Wrong-footed Lewis’ mind is racing as he clarifies that she’d be prepared to sell up for him.

With Eileen interested in the house Molly reminds Tyrone he’ll have to tell Kevin he’s leaving. Ty’s reluctant but her due date approaching Molly piles on the pressure.

When Fiz urges John to speak to Roy about getting his old job back he uses talk of Ches’ 16th birthday party as a get out. Elsewhere Nick & Carla continue to clash.

As Fiz make plans for Ches’ party Colin tells John they need to talk. Meeting away from the house John’s alarmed as Colin reveals Charlotte’s told him everything and he wants his identity back. Desperate John calls Charlotte. Loving the drama she agrees to talk to Colin again but is it over for John?

With the Platts doubting Lewis’ intentions he offers to pay for his and Audrey’s trip to Greece. Unsure of where he’s going to find the cash Lewis is in the bookies flirting with Deirdre when he spots an opportunity. Left alone he heads behind the counter what is Lewis up to?

Sally’s keen to take advantage of Tyrone’s hopes for a quick sale and tells Kevin to make a low offer on his share of the garage. Elsewhere Liz gets chatted up by a stranger (he found her on Facescene). Sunita and Claire realise they could help each other get back into work.


Thursday 29th July 2010

When Ben Fielding turns up at the Stapes menacingly demanding to know where Fishwick is Fiz caves and gives him the address. John’s desperately trying to figure out his next move when Colin then arrives battered and bruised. Ben wants him out of town and he needs money. John’s aghast as Colin tells him he’s got till tomorrow or he’ll go to the police.

With Maria back at the salon she, Natasha and David jostle for position. It’s all out war and Greece can’t come soon enough for Audrey.

As Liz gets more strange male attention in the Rovers Michelle tells Sean it’s time he deleted Liz’s’ Facescene page. Elsewhere Lloyd helps Cheryl out with Russ. Sophie’s gutted when Sally says she can’t go to the festival.


Friday 30th July 2010

(Episode 7391 / 7392)


As Fiz and Ches head off to his cafe party John makes an excuse to stay behind promising he’ll follow. Desperate to buy some time with Colin he’s called on Charlotte who offers £500. Colin arrives and when he sees that’s all John’s got he goes to call the police. John tries to snatch the phone and as a heated struggle breaks out Colin collapses. Is Colin dead?

When Sean makes an ill-advised comment to Violet on Facescene it’s not long before she’s on the phone to Liz having guessed it’s been Sean all along playing silly beggars. Liz is furious and sacks Sean.

Natasha sets up a customer satisfaction score chat at the salon as Audrey plans her escape. Deirdre wonders if Lewis’ heart is in it. Elsewhere Chris is back and Cheryl agrees to talk.

As John kneels over Colin’s dead body he’s about to call the police but then starts to wonder what they’ll think when they uncover his lies, maybe that he killed Colin to cover his tracks. Deciding they need to get rid of the body they haul it into a wheelie bin and head for Charlotte’s car. But will they have the nerve to go through with their plan to dispose of the body or will they crumble and contact the police?

As Sean breaks down over his lack of relationship with Dylan Liz softens. Agreeing to give him another chance she then calls Violet. Will Liz be able to make a breakthrough on Sean’s behalf?

As Cheryl agrees to Chris visiting Russ, Chris warns Lloyd not to muscle in on his family. Elsewhere Ches hits it off with Izzy’s sister Kat as the party goers get punch drunk.
