When Karen meets a local darts legend she is determined to cure him of his ‘dartitis’ so he can face his biggest rival. Heston, Julia and Daniel face difficult decisions as they interview for a new doctor. Jimmi is feeling the pressure of where to take Cherry on their first date.

Jimmi is suspicious of a young boy’s accusations of police brutality, but his suspicion turns to fear when he’s accused of injuring the boy himself. Julia refuses help for her PCT presentation so Heston has to think of another plan.

A teenage girl rebels against her mother’s strange way of dealing with the absence of her father and Julia tries to help the mother but to no avail. Julia’s memory problems worsen. Cherry expresses her concerns to Simon after her first date with Jimmi.

In an attempt to impress an influential consultant, Daniel agrees to mentor a trainee doctor for a couple of days. However the trainee keeps disappearing and is behaving rather oddly… Charlie’s attempts to charm Elaine fall flat and Julia has to do some breathing exercises in order to get through the day!

Trainee doctor Michael continues with his strange behaviour, and Daniel tells him to leave, but it’s revealed that Michael has some kind of hold over Crossland. Heston and Ruth become more worried for Julia as she gets even more stressed about the presentation.

Elaine’s self belief as a doctor is tested by a musician who refuses to listen to her diagnosis, let alone seek further help! Simon proudly hands his assessment into Heston, only to find that his work is far from over. Julia is soothed by some positive reinforcement.

Heston encounters a teenager who thinks she can feel something evil in the woods. Zara is furious to discover that her office has been invaded while Julia falls to pieces during her presentation at the PCT.

Simon becomes worried when his friend shows interest in joining a cultish organisation. Ruth almost incites mutiny when she holds the fort while Julia gets some welcome visitors.
