The day of Amira and Syed's wedding has arrived, and Masood takes issue with Zainab over an omission on the wedding checklist. His enquiries, however, lead to a shocking revelation. Elsewhere, Christian is forced into making some tough decisions. Tamwar finds himself the focus of someone's affection. To his surprise, a slight change of appearance has the desired reaction. Darren and Libby's bickering, meanwhile, turns into an argument in front of family and friends.

In the Minute Mart, Phil is taunted by a police officer about his drinking and behaviour. Phil gets angry and tells the officer to either question him or leave him alone. Meanwhile, Adam taunts Darren over Libby.

At their flat, Heather tells Shirley that Darren has upset her. Shirley then threatens Darren. Later, Adam teases Darren about a text he has received from Libby.

Bradley and Stacey discuss the idea of moving. Ronnie and Roxy are astounded by a surprise appearance from their mother and Peggy is not too happy about it either.

Glenda sits at the kitchen table, listening to muffled voices in the hallway. Ronnie tells them all that they can't kick Glenda out, but Peggy, Phil and Roxy want her to leave. Shirley's niece, Zsa Zsa, shows up and quizzes her aunt about her relationship with Heather.

Billy watches the tarpaulin covering the door to the Vic being taken down. A small group of people gathers outside and Mo moans that the police aren't doing enough to catch Archie's killer. Zainab, meanwhile, sees Tamwar playing a file on Peter's laptop and orders her son to play it to her. She is shocked at what she hears.

Jane tells Christian that Ian had a fling with Janine. Christian tells Jane that Ian was vulnerable when she left and that she should think before throwing away her relationship. Peggy, meanwhile, announces to a packed restaurant that Glenda is a fraud, telling her what she saw in her suitcase.

A troubled Janine stares at herself in the mirror while putting her make-up on. Looking down at her bare ring finger, she begins to cry. Elsewhere, Bianca shows Ricky some wedding invitations that she loves but that they can't afford and then suggests they will have to make their own.

The atmosphere is tense in the Beale house and Jane tells Ian she can't forget what happened. Bradley, meanwhile, offers his dad some money he has saved as an investment and suggests they go into business together.

Vengeful Janine wreaks havoc on Ian and Jane for refusing to meet her blackmail demands. Peggy feels sidelined in the Vic, while Jean is concerned when Stacey decides to visit Becca in hospital.

Ian protests his innocence, while the police hunt for a vital piece of evidence - does Janine have what they are looking for? Ronnie comes to a momentous decision about Glenda, while Denise is concerned that someone is muscling in on her man.

Glenda is thrown when Ronnie turns up unexpectedly at her flat, but she has a bombshell of her own for her daughter. Jane vows not to give up on a distraught Ian, and Bradley makes a sacrifice for Stacey.

Pat's decision to deal with Janine has disastrous results for all concerned. Peggy is horrified by Roxy, and Denise decides to play her rival at her own game.

Pat is on the floor gasping for breath but manages to cry out Janine's name before passing out. The paramedics confirm that Pat has gone into cardiac arrest. Ronnie receives a phone call to say that Archie's body is about to be released.

In the Slaters' kitchen, Bradley is making breakfast trying to hide an engagement ring in a boiled egg for Stacey. Realising it is not going to work, Bradley washes the ring as Stacey walks in. Janine testifies to DCI Marsden that she saw Ian leaving the Vic carrying something the night Archie was killed.

It is Archie's funeral, and Marsden is watching the suspects like a hawk. Will the murderer slip up? A surprise guest turns up at the wake.

Janine and Ricky wait anxiously at Pat's bedside in hospital. Janine demands to know what is wrong but gets no answer from the nursing staff. Ricky quickly becomes agitated and blames Janine.
