As Calvin and Theresa wake up together after their night of passion, the reality of what they’ve done hits home. With secret hopes of her and Calvin getting together, Theresa believes confessing to Carmel is the right thing to do and heads home before he can stop her. Desperate not to lose Carmel again, Calvin arrives at the McQueens’ to win her back but is shocked to find her distraught in the arms of Theresa - has she told Carmel the devastating truth?
Carmel is still an emotional wreck after splitting with Calvin. The family are all rallying round to cheer her up, all except Mercedes, who happily admits she thinks it's all for the best. Carmel is now convinced more than ever that her relationship was a sham based on lies. With Mercedes' meddling, has Carmel given up on a future with Calvin for good?
Both fed up and feeling unhappy at home, Gaz and Lauren decide to make a break for freedom. With big plans to leave the country, they quickly hit their first problem - money. Lauren soon masterminds a devious plan to rob The Loft, managing to fool Mercedes and escape with a few hundred quid. With enough money to set them on their way, will Hollyoaks' answer to Bonnie and Clyde finally be living the dream?
A desperate Jake is going all out to win back Loretta, but his plans are soon scuppered when he's taken in by the police. Watching on, Spencer is clearly troubled by what he's seen and is behaving out of sorts. Calvin notices how agitated Spencer is and persuades him to open up but he is unprepared for Spencer's shocking revelation as he finally admits what's wrong.

After Sasha’s visit to the police, Calvin is interviewed about his involvement with Warren’s death. The only way Calvin can get out of it is by using Sasha’s history as a drug addict against her. Whilst at the station, Calvin bumps into an old friend and accidently lets slip that he knows something about the Holly case. Under questioning, will Calvin be able to hide the fact that he knows about Spencer’s involvement in Holly’s disappearance?
Lauren is all packed and ready to go but she seems a little hesitant. Anita bumps into her and questions why she’s avoiding Gaz when she is supposed to be running away with him. Lauren confides in Anita about Sasha’s claims that Calvin was involved in Warren’s death. Gaz catches Lauren talking to Anita and assumes that she is the reason for Lauren changing her mind about their escape.
It’s Kris’ first day as a mentor at Hollyoaks High. Nancy is horrified when Kris turns up rocking his own individual style, something that the kids find highly amusing. As Nancy pleads with him to tone things down, Kris remains adamant that he won’t change for anyone. After a conversation with Des and run in with Gaz, will Kris change his mind and his style?

Cheryl's freaked by Carmel's mood and struggles to cope with her indecisiveness. With talk turning to Calvin, Cheryl finally appears to convince Carmel on how much she's missing out on. As Carmel struggles with her feelings, has Cheryl's girly chat been enough to break through her doubts over allowing Calvin back in her life? Deciding he’s the man for her, Carmel has a very important question to ask Calvin…
Calvin's on his way to pay Spencer a visit when he bumps into Theresa. Their attraction is obvious, but both are quick to play down their night of passion, although it's apparent that Theresa's not entirely over him! Meanwhile, Spencer finds himself under a barrage of questions from DI Robinson at the cop shop. Confused as to why he's being questioned, Spencer struggles to defend himself, while outside, Calvin persuades a hysterical Cindy to leave Spencer to the police and go back to her daughter. Cracking and under pressure, Spencer finally crumbles as the future looks bleak…
Tensions are high between Tony and Cindy; however, this soon changes when Holly surfaces from her coma. They are thrilled to have her back, but will Holly's safe return be enough to stop Cindy and Tony's relationship falling apart? Darren receives a hostile reception after hearing that he's the only person Holly will speak to. With the atmosphere between mother and daughter strained, Holly finally admits that she didn't want to be at home any more and a devastated Cindy faces the awful truth that she's neglected her own daughter…
True to form, Kris and Nancy continue to nettle each other as another day at school begins. Discovering that mentoring is not as easy as he initially thought, Kris receives a baptism of fire from a hateful Lauren and is left humiliated when Nancy steps in to take control. Lauren is shocked as Anita accuses Gaz of being racist towards her, and goes to confront him.
Duncan tries his luck with Jem, but finds himself on the receiving end of her sharp tongue. Persuading her to coach him one to one in martial arts is not quite what Duncan expected, especially when he finds himself flat on his back. An amused Darren takes him under his wing and is soon relaying the art of seduction, however, when he hears who the object of Duncan's desire is, he can't help but have some fun…

After being held by the police for his involvement in Holly’s disappearance, Spencer is released. Cindy’s furious and launches a verbal attack on him in the village but she feels humiliated when Tony fails to support her as the rift between them continues to grow. Darren’s there to console Cindy and reminds her of the good times they had whilst they were together. However Cindy makes it clear that her priority at the moment is Holly. Darren isn’t the only one to be rejected by Cindy, she later tells Tony that isn’t sure she can continue with their marriage but how will Tony react?
Gaz is on a mission to win Lauren back and uses his hold over Anita to help him do so. As Newt and Theresa try to help Lauren come to terms with the break up, Anita can think of nothing but Gaz’s threats. Unable to decide what to do, Gaz helps her make up her mind when he corners her with a final threat. Realising that Gaz is capable of anything, Anita tells Lauren she lied about Gaz threatening her. Lauren goes to find Gaz and apologises for doubting him. Gaz tells Lauren he’ll forgive her on one condition and offers her a rather unsettling ultimatum.
Duncan turns to Darren for advice on how to seduce Suzanne. Darren suggests he feigns illness in order to get some sympathy from her and Duncan pulls out an Oscar winning performance. With Suzanne’s back turned the lads implement phase two of their seduction plan but unbeknownst to them, Suzanne is fully aware what is going on and decides to play Duncan at his own game. When Suzanne offers Duncan some special treatment, he gets more than he bargained for!

Lauren is mourning the end of her and Gaz’s relationship. Anita offers Lauren a shoulder to cry on and tries to console her as much as possible. As they walk home they bump into Gaz and suddenly Lauren’s demeanour changes. Anita realises that it has all been an act as Lauren turns on her. A smug Gaz watches on as Lauren beats Anita. Anita is left feeling as though all the lies she has told in the past have come back to haunt her.
Holly and Cindy’s relationship is still fraught. As Cindy sits by Holly’s hospital bed, Tony and Darren compete for their attention. When Tony arrives at the hospital to find Holly alone he apologises for his behaviour before she ran away. As Tony explains to Holly that he understands why she ran away and wants to continue to play a part in her life, Cindy watches on. Her icy attitude towards Tony begins to melt. When Holly forgives Tony and asks if he is still going to be in her life, Tony looks to Cindy. Will Cindy break Darren’s heart again?
Despite toning down his very unique dress sense, Kris is still struggling as a student mentor. After a run in with Gaz, Kris tries to talk to Nancy but she is determined to keep up the pretence that she is busy with a new man. When Des puts Ricky in detention, Kris spots his time to shine and tries to talk to Ricky about any problems. Desperate to get back to his Dad, Ricky sees an opportunity to escape and makes a run for it. Determined to do his job well, Kris tries to stop Ricky, but it has disastrous consequences.
