Ricky and Martin’s secret looks like it is about to be exposed. As Martin is rushed to hospital, Kris is determined to uncover the truth. When he finally learns of Martin’s MS, he tries to persuade Ricky to get help, but he won’t hear of it. In a bid to get through to Ricky, Kris tells him about his experiences with his own dad. It seems as though he has got Ricky on side, but when he insists on calling Social Services. Reminding Kris of Ricky's injured arm, Ricky threatens to tell Social Services Kris purposefully hurt him. Kris is left torn - should he save Ricky or himself?
Neville is furious that Josh is back in the family home. Despite Josh’s best efforts to make amends with his Dad, the atmosphere is tense. Suzanne tries to make the best of things but it begins to put a strain on her relationship with Neville. This doesn’t go unnoticed by Josh. Josh is determined to make a change but is finding it increasingly difficult as it becomes apparent nobody has any faith in him.
Charlotte and Dave spend the day in The Dog. Charlotte’s contemplating their first year of university and her thoughts soon turn to relationships. She’s baffled by Dave’s lax attitude towards pursuing a relationship, however, his head is turned when Laura, dressed as a playboy bunny, arrives. Unfortunately Dave is too drunk to make a move. Charlotte is stuck with a drunk Dave and Laura. However, things look up when Laura tells Charlotte she likes girls as well as boys.
Newt’s jealously peaks as he watches Ste and Rae together. Motivated by this, Ste continues to flirt with Rae. When Rae confides in Ste her fears of the curse that has plagued her family, Ste mocks her. Newt offers a shoulder to cry on and reassures her that he understands even if Ste doesn’t. Ravi, meanwhile, has noticed the bond between Ste and Rae and encourages Ste to ask her out, but has Ste missed his chance with Rae?

Charlotte starts the day on a high after a night of passion with Laura. She confides in India that she might have met the one, but her confidence soon fades when Laura doesn't call. To cheer themselves up the girls head out but the unexpected arrival of Laura sends Charlotte into a spin. Charlotte tries to play it cool but is gutted as she realises Laura is not out on her own…
Rae is still angry over Ste ridiculing her worries over the curse. Feeling like he and Rae are getting closer, Newt takes it upon himself to have a go at Ste for upsetting Rae and the pair end up squabbling. Overhearing, Rae is furious with their childishness, leaving Newt in the doghouse once again. Trying to explain his actions, Newt decides he's got nothing to lose and admits to Rae how he feels. With Ste and Newt both fighting for her, it's up to Rae to decide who she really wants…
Still struggling with his brother's death, Zak is finding it difficult to raise any enthusiasm over wedding plans. Michaela takes out her frustration on her family, accusing them of favouring Carmel's wedding over her own. Myra quickly realises all is not right and the gang arrange a celebratory meal for the pair. Things are looking up until a wasted Zak arrives late, drops a bombshell, hits his future brother-in-law and leaves Michaela in tears. Will grief ruin Zak and Michaela’s marriage plans or even their entire relationship?

Caleb’s army mate, Tariq, brings Zak a final goodbye letter from his brother. Zak can’t bring himself to read it and gets angry with Michaela when she encourages him to open it. Finally plucking up the courage to read his brother’s letter, Zak makes a life changing decision about his future…
Newt and Rae go for dinner in Il Gnosh. Not impressed by Ravi’s business sense, Dominic’s arranged for the Chester Herald to visit Relish tomorrow and asks them to do overtime to get the place ready. Not wanting to waste the free vouchers, Newt and Rae sneak out for some fun. Dominic’s annoyed when he realises they’ve gone and demands they return. The pair are amused when Dominic and Tony end up fighting over them. After having a laugh together, and feeling a bit giddy after sneaking a bottle of Cider into Il Gnosh, Rae and Newt share a kiss…
Spencer’s feeling guilty and paranoid after the questioning over Holly’s disappearance and is upset when Calvin blanks him in the village. Sasha invites him to stay for tea to distract him and thinks of something else to take his mind off things by joining him up on a networking site to make new friends. Spencer’s excited when he gets a date.
Carmel tries to stay positive about the wedding but it’s proving difficult knowing Calvin’s family are refusing to attend. Knowing how much it means to him to have them there, Carmel pleads with Lauren to try and talk her family round. Lauren meets up with Calvin to get a few things straight in her mind, but has he said enough to make her want to help bring the family back together? With the constant threat of losing their home the McQueens are standing guard. Malachy discovers the source of ‘Tina’s ghost’ in the attic but quickly realises he’s just got rid of the only thing that could have saved the McQueens’ family home….

Zak and Michaela continue to argue about his plans to join the army. To get away from it all, Zak heads to the SU Bar where he bumps into Tariq. As Zak begins to drink his troubles away Des joins them. Whilst in the SU Bar, Zak catches Laura’s eye but he is oblivious. As he drunkenly walks home alone, Laura approaches him. They start kissing until Zak breaks away but when Laura kisses him again he can’t help himself. As they make their way to Zak’s flat, a heartbroken Charlotte spies them from a distance. Zak’s betrayal has been witnessed.
Lauren is desperate to reunite her family. When she invites Calvin around to the Valentines’, her plan doesn’t quite work as she had hoped. Sasha is furious when she sees Calvin and an argument erupts, Lauren can only watch on heartbroken. As Lauren breaks down, Sasha offers an ultimatum, Calvin or her. Calvin leaves and Lauren is left devastated as her dreams of uniting her family are shattered.
Spencer is experiencing first date nerves as he prepares for his blind date. Sasha helps him prepare by giving him a few tips, even offering to go to Il Gnosh with him. However when Calvin arrives at the Valentines’, Sasha is distracted and sends Spencer to Il Gnosh on his own. Spencer's date arrives but on seeing him, she quickly leaves. Poor Spencer's been stood up, but will his mystery date have a change of heart?

Zak is wracked with guilt about his one night stand with Laura. As he tries to hide the evidence of the previous night, Michaela knocks on his door. The pair make up but Zak can’t shake the guilt of cheating on her. Later bumping into an angry Charlotte, Zak is horrified as she makes it clear she's fully aware of his tryst. Zak begs Charlotte not to tell Michaela but will she be able to keep schtum?
Calvin is preparing Ravi for his best man duties. After showing Malachy his poor attempts at a speech, Ravi realises that he just isn’t cut out for the job. With no best man, Calvin is at a loss and tells Malachy it may be an idea to postpone the wedding. Malachy, determined that the wedding will go ahead, offers himself for the role. Does Malachy have an ulterior motive for wanting to be Calvin’s best man?
Ravi’s head is turned when a beautiful stranger enters Relish. Unbeknownst to Ravi, she gives him a false name. When she makes to leave, Ravi is persuaded by Leo to ask for her number. She seems reluctant at first but eventually obliges. Is there more to Eva than meets the eye?
Spencer is heartbroken after being stood up by his blind date. Hoping they can wangle some money out of him, Lauren and Gaz decide to cheer him up. Meeting Emma in Mobs, Lauren is pleased when she agrees to have a drink with Spencer. Confident that their plan to get in Spencer's good books is working, Lauren and Gaz are left disappointed when Spencer and Emma start arguing. An angry Spencer storms off as he realises that Emma was the girl who stood him up.
