Monday 17th May 2010

Calvin Valentine gets ready for his wedding day. He tries to put the anonymous death threats he’s been receiving out of his mind to focus on marrying his true love, Carmel. But then there’s the matter of the missing gun, stolen from The Loft’s safe. Plus his sister Sasha is refusing to attend – can he persuade her to forgive him for leaving Warren to die? Hoping to find out who has taken the gun, Calvin watches CCTV tapes of The Loft. He’s unprepared for the shocking truth. He confronts the thief only to discover that someone’s stolen it again. With the wedding just hours away, and a death threat hanging over Calvin, who has got the gun?

Cheryl detects friction between Malachy and Kris and is stunned to find out why: Mercedes has been sleeping with Calvin! As Cheryl reels at the injustice, Malachy tells her not to worry – as Calvin’s Best Man, Mal’s about to become Calvin’s worst nightmare.

At the McQueens’, Jacqui tires of Mercedes’ sourness over Carmel’s wedding – what’s her problem? Mercedes scoffs at Carmel’s sickly-sweet dreams – Calvin isn’t a match made in heaven, Mercedes has been bedding him behind her sister’s back! Enraged, Jacqui goes after Calvin, but he calls her bluff – what’s she going to do? Hurt bride-to-be Carmel with the terrible truth? Jacqui warns Calvin that he’s going to get what’s coming to him. Is Jacqui McQueen capable of murder?

Dave and Charlotte take India to a country house for her birthday surprise - it’s a Murder Mystery event. Tension is obvious as Josh makes an unwelcome appearance and things get worse when Olly and Ste fall out over Amy. But who will be the first murder victim?

It’s just hours until Calvin Valentine gets married, but a black cloud looms. Someone somewhere doesn’t want this wedding to happen. Someone wants Calvin dead…

Lauren is still furious with Calvin for having her boyfriend Gaz arrested. Calvin is defiant. He can’t bear the fact that Lauren is having bad boy Gaz’s baby and hopes they lock him up. Lauren can’t believe what she’s hearing – this is all because she’s pregnant with Gaz’s fictional child? With the money-making baby scam spiralling out of control, will Lauren save Gaz by telling Calvin the truth?

Mercedes gets a tongue lashing from Jacqui – did she really believe Calvin would dump Carmel and run off with her? A bitter Mercedes can’t face watching her sister marry he ex lover and tells Carmel she’s feeling far too ill to attend her wedding. As Carmel and Calvin exchange vows Jacqui determines to make Calvin pay for his wrongs, while Mercedes hits the bottle alone. Carmel offers relationship advice to Malachy but will he tell her that his wife, her sister, has been sleeping with the blushing brides new husband? Sickened by the sight of Calvin happily married, what will Malachy do next?

Kris and Cheryl worry about what Malachy has planned. Lovelorn Cheryl tells Malachy if he wanted to leave, she’d go anywhere with him. But Malachy won’t go anywhere right now, he can’t let Calvin or Mercedes get away with what they’ve done. Cheryl frets that innocent Carmel will be devastated if Malachy spills the beans. But a cold-hearted Malachy insists he’ll deal with Calvin his way.

At the Murder Mystery event, India’s hot sister Tex is getting plenty of attention from Dave - much to India’s annoyance. Charlotte also has designs on Tex and bets she’ll bed her first. Unbeknownst to both of them, mischievous Tex has overheard. Josh tries to build bridges with estranged India, but she’s clear he’s got no chance – he nearly killed her in that terrible car crash! Tex verbally attacks Josh for his role in this – he can say sorry all he wants to her little sister India, but it’s just words, he has to prove he’s sorry. Ste goes missing, presumed murdered. Then Olly cops it too. Who is the mystery murderer at India’s birthday event…and who is next for the chop?


Wednesday 19th May 2010

Calvin’s enjoying his big day so much, he’s almost forgotten that someone wants him dead. Gaz surprises Lauren when he’s released by the cops. Desperate to flee Hollyoaks, Gaz and Lauren try to fleece Spencer again claiming they need money for the baby. They’re so keen to conspire cash off him that Gaz says something that shocks Lauren to the core. As Lauren nurses her guilt over Spencer, things go from bad to worse – gangland thug Kyle shows up, hunting for his gun. Gaz tries to fight Kyle off, urging Lauren to run. Kyle knocks Gaz unconscious. Will Lauren get away?

Sasha tries to stop Spencer from going to Calvin’s wedding, but flounders when he wants to know why. Spencer is confused – Calvin is like a brother to him. If it was his dead brother Warren’s wedding, Spencer would definitely go - Warren would want him there. When Sasha later finds Spencer in a mess and assumes that Lauren’s told him about Calvin’s crime and with that Sasha inadvertently reveals to Spencer that Calvin left Warren to die.

Maligned and isolated Josh decides to cut his losses and make his lonely way home from the murder mystery mansion. He grabs a crate of beer and is over the limit when he gets behind the wheel of Olly’s car. Will Josh make the same mistake twice and drive while drunk?


Thursday 20th May 2010

Kris and Cheryl are on tenterhooks as Malachy delivers his Best Man’s speech. Will Malachy destroy Carmel’s happiness by revealing the awful truth about the affair? What will Mercedes do when she learns Malachy knows about her and Calvin? With months of pent-up jealousy and rage, Malachy is finally ready for action. Jacqui encourages him to exact revenge. With Malachy primed for murder, all he needs now is the gun…

Spencer struggles to comprehend the terrible news – Calvin left Warren to die? Sasha feels awful about blurting out the truth and blames Calvin for the whole mess. With Gaz badly bruised and Lauren shaken by Kyle’s attack, they resolve to get out of town as soon as they can. Unaware of this, Sasha insists that they must go to Calvin’s wedding – it’s time people learnt about the real Calvin Valentine.

While Calvin and Carmel thrill that they’re now man and wife again, Tony apologises to Jacqui for all the pain he caused her, he now knows how much it must have hurt. Meanwhile, Suzanne’s marriage to Neville is endangered as Suzanne and Darren begins to escalate.

Dave, Tex and India abandon the murder mystery and Tex steals a car to aid their escape. India is once again horrified by her sister’s recklessness.


Friday 21st May 2010
(Episode 2825)

Theresa backs Calvin into a corner at the wedding – she needs to talk to him right now this minute, or she’ll talk to Carmel instead. Over a barrel, Calvin slips away from the reception. Theresa and Calvin are stunned, as Carmel arrives and demands to know what is going on. A desperate Theresea runs into Mercedes and makes a shocking confession. Only to be told about Mercedes and Calvins affair!

Mercedes has a go at Jacqui for ruining her life. Jacqui reminds Mercedes of the damage she’s inflicted on Carmel. Sickened by Mercedes’ selfish and destructive nature, Jacqui issues an ultimatum: Mercedes has to leave home with Malachy, or she’ll tell Carmel the truth.

Lauren admits to Gaz that she told Calvin about their Spencer baby scam. Gaz now realises just how dangerous Calvin is to them and wonders how they can shut him up. All eyes turn on Sasha as she seizes the moment at the wedding reception. With hatred burning, Sasha asks Calvin why he left Warren to die.

Suzanne and Darren give into temptation - but will their drunken passion be discovered? As Carmel and Calvin take to the dance floor, Calvin becomes surrounded by enemies old and new. But as he’s shot dead, which of the potential suspects actually pulled the trigger…?
