Monday 28th June 2010
(Episode 2851)

Des and Jacqui can’t keep their hands off each other, but then Des gets a text from someone called Rose, signed with lots of kisses. Jacqui spots Des with the mystery woman and is certain he’s playing away. She bursts in on an intimate lunch between Des and Rose and causes a scene. But Jacqui’s in for a shocker when she finds out who Rose really is.

Tony pursues his plans to divorce Cindy. Cindy’s hurt and confused – she thought they were giving their marriage a go. Dom tries to reason with Tony, but to no avail. Gabby is playing on Tony’s mind and he insists Cindy was never the one. Cindy refuses to take this lying down and determines to win Tony back.

Rhys threatens Darren with eviction if his flat isn’t in tip-top shape and promises he’ll be round to inspect. Darren forces Anita and Rae to clean up the flat and puts his feet up. To pay him back, the girls treat snoozing Darren to a girly make-over. Rhys gets a surprise when a very different looking Darren opens the door!


Tuesday 29th June 2010

Des struggles to convince racist Rose to give Jacqui a go, but Rose is disgusted that Jacqui had a mixed race sister. Things go from bad to worse when Rose hears that Jacqui’s also been in jail. When Rose winds Des up that Jacqui is more interested in Ravi than Des, Des takes decides to take on Ravi in a boxing match.

Gaz is aggrieved when Lauren and Anita mend their friendship. When they start to plan a girls-only trip to Paris, Gaz sees red. Gaz makes Lauren choose – Anita or him.

Charlotte ropes Kris into helping her organise a Lesbian, Gay and Bi-Sexual night at the SU Bar. An infuriated Dave cries discrimination and insists that he be allowed to come too.


Wednesday 30th June 2010
(Episode 2853)

Jacqui discovers that the council plan to dig up the woods where she’s hidden the gun that killed Calvin. She has to retrieve the weapon and fast. Just one problem – Carmel won’t leave her side.

Anita and Ravi discover Relish sprayed with racist graffiti. Michaela is thirsty for a story for The Herald, but Ravi refuses to give the racists any satisfaction by gaining them publicity. Anita is spooked by the attack and Michaela’s incessant questions make her jitterier still. A terrified Anita accuses Gaz, but Ravi catches a far more shocking graffiti artist in the act.

Dave insists on coming to the Gay, Lesbian and Bi-Sexual night, claiming it’s discrimination not to allow him in. Dave’s not sure how to handle it when he gets to the exclusive party and meets the girl of his dreams.


Thursday 1st July 2010
(Episode 2854)

Duncan sets his sights on Cheryl. Dave encourages him to go for it. He winds Duncan up, saying that all he has to do to attract Cheryl is pretend to be Scouse. When Duncan tries it on, with a cod Liverpudlian accent, saucy Cheryl calls his bluff.

Gilly mollycoddles Steph, refusing to let her lift a finger now she’s ill. Steph argues she’s not an invalid, but her pleas fall on deaf ears. So Steph runs Gilly ragged to make a point.

Theresa tries not to panic as Anita reveals she’s found a gun in Evissa. She tries to talk Anita out of calling the police, laughing Anita’s story off as attention-seeking. Anita is horrified that Theresa suspects her of crying wolf and goes to Carmel, who calls in the police in a trice. With very little time to get rid of the gun from Evissa, Jacqui takes desperate measures.

Rose bullies Des into taking firmer action against Ravi. Zak warns Des to leave be. Des promises that if anyone finds out about Des’ activities, they’ll find out about Zak’s misdemeanours too. Zak is forced into a guilty silence as Des plans his next attack.


Friday 2nd July 2010
(Episode 2855)

Rose mocks Des’ pathetic plans to attack Ravi. She warns him that he needs to up his game. Later, a masked assailant attacks Ravi in Relish, armed with a can of tear gas.

Gaz pretends to be Theresa when he texts Anita from Theresa’s stolen phone- ‘Theresa’ wants to make up with her friend. Anita is lured to the woods, but it’s not Theresa, it’s Gaz who turns up. Gaz threatens Anita - this is payback for the time she hit him and left him for dead. Trapped and scared, Anita realises that Gaz has a gun.

Jack urges Steph to talk to Tom about her cancer and what it means. Steph steels herself and sits Tom down for a chat.

Zak tries to warn Anita that she may be in danger. A furious Michaela misreads his interest in Anita – does Zak fancy Anita? Lauren struggles to conceal her upset about her split with Gaz – she’s convinced he’s not all bad. But as a vengeful Gaz holds Anita hostage, has Lauren had a lucky escape?
