(Episode 2916)
Jasmine panics when Anita is convinced she recognises her from Bart’s party. Anita is desperate to track Jason down and asks Jasmine if she knows him. Jasmine tries to deter Anita by claiming she’s best to steer clear of that idiot Jason, but smitten Anita won’t have any of it. Anita’s suspicious about Jasmine’s lie and catches up with her, but when Jasmine’s cagey, Anita decides to dial Jason’s number.
As Jasmine’s phone rings out loud, the penny drops for Anita; she’s sussed Jasmine’s secret. As Bart serves his punishment for the party, Jacqui’s on the warpath. She wants to know where her missing money is, but Bart’s got no idea. Bart’s insistent that he doesn’t know where her money is, but he doesn’t care if she doesn’t believe him, as long as Myra does! Brendan’s shocked to see wife Eileen turn up unannounced. Cheryl’s not happy to see Eileen, but it’s Eileen that’s left reeling when she discovers the lies that Brendan’s been spinning. Eileen confronts Brendan, leaving him worried; will the truth out? Lee spots a poster advertising auditions for a drama project.
Elsewhere, having pulled down all the posters he can find, Lee returns to halls and tells Jem and Amy that he’s been commissioned to create and direct a show, but the girls are immediately suspicious.

Lee holds auditions for his play. The students aren’t happy that Lee’s taken over the whole show and they’re even less impressed when he reveals the subject of his play. Brendan and Eileen reflect on the past and Eileen reveals just how concerned for Declan’s health she is; the pressure is on for Brendan to find the money.
Ste’s not surprised to find Brendan at the club, whisky in hand. As Ste tries to empathise with a depressed Brendan, it’s clear that there’s a bond between them. Jacqui’s still determined to get the truth out of Bart about her missing money.
When she gives Bart one last chance to own up, he cheekily lets on that he’s got it. Jasmine seeks out Anita, desperate to talk to her about the Jason revelation. When Anita agrees to listen, Jasmine opens up for the first time and talks her through her plight.

Jacqui confronts Myra fully expecting her to have thrown Bart out. She’s disturbed to find that her mother has sided with Bart and expects Jacqui to apologise to him. At a loss of where to stay, Rhys takes pity on Jacqui and offers her his spare room. She gratefully accepts, but it’s clear Rhys wants Jacqui to be more than just a flat-mate...
Eileen is still waiting for Brendan to come up with the money for her son’s treatment. He assures her he’ll get it to her as soon as possible. Stuck as to where to find the cash, he starts to formulate a plan. As Lee tries to finish his script for the play, Leanne is left to deal with finding the crew.
Getting more and more stressed about the play, and the beacon that’s in bits taking up the communal area, Leanne flips out at Kevin and Elliot. Elsewhere, Ravi has some bad news for Anita; their mother, Bel, isn’t well and Anita’s needed back in Middlesbrough…

Ste informs Malachy that Eileen’s in town, and she’s looking for money from Brendan. As Malachy wonders what that has got to do with the mugging, Ste tells him that he thinks Brendan is responsible.
Darren has decided to get rid of anything in his life that reminds him of Cindy, that means all his old clothes and the stupid brooch she gave him. Unbeknown to Darren the brooch is worth £50.000 and the race is on after dropping it the local charity shop to trace it back…
Sinead’s excited about the fact that her mum might be pregnant. She’s so excited that she tries to persuade her to do an early pregnancy test.
Friday 1st October 2010
(Episode 2920)
Malachy searches through CCTV footage from Chez Chez, determined to find the attacker. He confides in Lynsey, who is shocked to hear he that he believes it was Brendan. Malachy can’t get it out of his mind, and becoming more and more convinced it was Brendan, he feels he must tell Cheryl. Rehearsals for Lee’s play, ‘MasKara’, are underway.
Watching Jamil perform, Texas decides he’s hot and flirts with him. A jealous India spots this and confronts Tex who makes no secret of her intentions. determined not to let her sister get Jamil, India too goes all out to get him. A very happy Darren is off to sell Cindy’s brooch. With the cheque for £50,000 safely in his hand, he starts to day dream about what to spend it on.
Meanwhile, Jem has bumped into Jack and Tom in the village and breaks the good news to them – Darren is going to spend his £50,000 on the deposit for their house. Sinead tries to help her mum come to terms with not being pregnant. A despondent Diane tells her she’s going to the hospital to speak to the nurses. Sinead offers to come with her, but Diane refuses. Frustrated, she heads back to school, but Sinead returns home later to make a shocking discovery…
