Mandy questions Warren’s involvement in the fire and isn’t sure she can continue on their path of destruction. How will Warren react to her backing out? Brendan warns Macca to leave but Cheryl has other ideas so Brendan turns his attentions to Amy… Meanwhile, Elliot worries when Kevin goes missing but is excited when he receives promising news from NASA. Elsewhere, Gilly turns to drink and does something he may regret.

Cheryl, Lynsey & Mercedes keep a bedside vigil but Mercedes refuses to believe Malachy’s condition is getting worse. Finn and Amber worry about the pregnancy while Gilly pushes Frankie too far after he trashed Steph’s bedroom. Rae is distraught when she finds out about Brendan & Ste. Will she keep it to herself?

Mercedes is given hope when it appears Malachy is going to be ok… meanwhile, Cheryl questions Brendan’s sexuality. At school, Anita and Bart are caught in a compromising position. Amber confides in her mum about the pregnancy. Amy tells unsuspecting Lee she needs time while Leanne’s bunny boiling ways take the next step. Tony’s arrested…but did he do it?

Kris returns and is horrified to see Mercedes at his brother’s bedside. He can’t believe she’s his next of kin and gets to decide when to turn off his life support machine. Meanwhile, Lynsey and Mercedes have a tense heart to heart. Those close to Malachy bid a sad farewell to their loved one.

The McQueen’s struggle in the aftermath of Malachy’s death and when his mum shows up they are forced to face a few more home truths. The drinks and memories flow but Cheryl finds it all too much and lays into Mercedes before she regretfully reveals the truth about Mercedes and Malachy.
