Monday 26th April 2010
(Episode 5056)

Xavier is still searching for a good place to hide the money Hugo left him, he's settled on one of the lockers at the Gym – he figures no one will suspect anything there. Boxing with Tony, Xavier is getting into sparring. Still desperate to believe Hugo is alive, he goes back to the battery to wait for him. He's disappointed when no one shows, and his problems are compounded when he returns home and is forced to have dinner with John and Gina. After making polite conversation during the meal, Xavier excuses himself and heads out. This disappoints Gina, but John is quick to reassure her – it's a start.

Hugo has left Witness Protection and Angelo is trying to work out where he has gone to. Alf thinks he may have come to the bay to be with Martha, or see Xavier or Gina. Worried about Xavier's constant search for Hugo, Angelo believes he may have returned. When Martha overhears them talking, they are quick to cover, but she's left wondering if they're not telling her something.

Miles is still seeing Rabbit, despite having convinced everyone she’s gone away. Rachel checks on him, and is happy with his progress. But when Marilyn sees him having a conversation with no one, she questions him. Marilyn is understanding and sympathetic and tells Miles the real reason she returned to the Bay


Tuesday 27th April 2010
(Episode 5057)

Miles tries to come to grips with the news Marilyn has told him. When he and Alf talk about it, they're both stunned by the news – they never would've picked it. And as much as they want to tell the kids, they have to respect Marilyn's wishes. With Rabbit still around, Miles is having a difficult time covering up in front of people. He has another session with Michael, and manages to convince him that everything is fine. He's tripped up when Michael asks him to have a blood test – to check the levels of the drugs in his system. Marilyn asks him how it all went, and Miles snaps – he is sick of everyone telling him he's ill.

Romeo and Annie continue their romance as they prepare for the play, but Romeo really wants to know whether she's going to return to Japan or not. But she's no closer to making a decision – he'll just have to wait. Romeo realizes that there's nothing he can do to convince her either way, but she takes that as him giving up on them. He tries to tell her he's not, but he doesn't think there's anything he can do to change her mind. She's angered by that, and while rehearsing the play he tells her he doesn't want her to go – he can't be any clearer than that. She doesn't know how to respond. Annie tries to get help from Irene to work out what to do, she decides to give herself 24 hours to decide.

Elijah is preparing for the retreat, worried he won't spend enough time with Leah over the next few days. He's also stressed that the retreat won't go well, as there's a lot riding on it. Leah herself is stressed, as Elijah pulled away the other night when she wanted things to go further. Irene tells her not to put any pressure on him – it will be fine. When Elijah is hesitant about telling the Reverends about the relationship with Leah, she takes this as another bad sign. She confronts him that night and he admits there's nothing wrong, he just wasn't sure how serious she wanted it to be.


Wednesday 28th April 2010
(Episode 5058)

Justin is having nightmares about what he thinks has happened to his father. Aden tries to tell him not to stress, but Justin is having difficulty. Justin decides he should leave, but Aden doesn't want him to. Justin asks Nicole to look out for Aden if he's not around to do it – he thinks the best move is for Aden to join the army, he knows the rage that's building up inside Aden and he needs an outlet for it, like Justin did. So Justin goes to the Station and confesses to Charlie that he killed his father. Charlie takes his statement and lets him know they will go out and search the area again, which alarms Justin. When Aden finds out what Justin has done, he tells Justin they need to fix it somehow.

Leah and Elijah have no regrets about taking their relationship to the next level, he doesn't think he'll cop too much grief about having pre-marital sex. There are bigger problems around. Charlie is really happy for Leah, and Leah is enjoying the moment, even though Elijah knows he shouldn't let the Bishop know about the relationship – he frowns on relationships outside of marriage. Leah and Elijah sneak a few hugs, before heading off to find a picnic spot for the Reverends. When they return, they're kissing in the car, and are caught in the act.

Now that Annie has decided to return to Japan, Romeo is sad – he doesn't think he can convince her to stay, he thought he was doing that and now she wants to go anyway. Xavier tries to tell him to keep trying, but he's not sure he can. Annie is frustrated by his attitude. Romeo tries to use old movies for inspiration, but fails miserably. Nicole tells him he needs to fight for Annie or she will leave. Romeo finds Annie and tells her they need to focus on today and not worry about tomorrow. It will come and they will deal with it then. She's touched by that and agrees.


Thursday 29th April 2010
(Episode 5059)

After being caught by the Bishop making out in the car, Elijah scrambles for an excuse, but doesn't come up with anything good. Charlie finds the situation amusing, but Leah is stressed – she thinks this might create problems for Elijah in the community. Leah wants to check on him, but Charlie advises her not to.

Elijah tells Leah the Bishop may create some problems, but he's not too worried. When the Bishop is cold to Leah during lunch, she can't let it go, so she confronts him, telling him that their relationship is an amazing thing and Elijah is a good man who would never do anything to harm the church. After consideration, the Bishop accepts their relationship and Leah and Elijah are relieved.

Aden and Justin go out to the site where Larry’s body is. The eventually dig up the body and just as they're about to leave, Charlie and the cops arrive, the boys are almost caught, but they get away.

Nicole is conflicted over what Justin told her, she isn't sure what to do. She turns to Marilyn for advice, but Marilyn figures Aden is the one who knows best for Aden. Wanting to talk to Aden about what's going on, Nicole tries to track him down, but there's no answer at the townhouse or on the phone. She hopes he's alright. The next morning she picks the boys up and notices they're acting strange, but never gets a chance to follow up before she has to leave.


Friday 30th April 2010
(Episode 5060)

Charlie is waiting with Angelo for a warrant to search the townhouse. Aden and Justin are a little stressed Justin thinks they'll get caught, Aden tries to keep him calm. But Justin thinks they're going to be busted and he's angry with himself – why did he ruin his life by getting involved with their father again? When questioned by Charlie and Angelo, Aden holds it together, saving Justin from cracking, even though their story doesn't add up.

Angelo is convinced they will find the car dumped somewhere, and the DNA test on the grave comes back – it matches Larry Jefferies. Justin is ready to confess, really stressed about what's happened, but Aden convinces him to wait until they know what Charlie and Angelo know. Wanting to protect Justin, Aden goes to the Station and confesses, and says that Justin had nothing to do with it.

Miles is being harassed by Rabbit, and when he tells her to be quiet, Alf overhears and is immediately worried that Miles is losing it again. Miles acts strange over dinner, and the next day, Alf confides in Martha about everything that's been happening with Miles and she's shocked. At school the next morning, Gina sees Miles talking to himself in a classroom and has to confront him over what's going on. She asks him to get a psych evaluation, which only angers him. When he admits to her who Rabbit is, Gina is forced to suspend him, worried about the safety of the kids he's teaching.
