Monday 19th July 2010
(Episode 5116)

Indi is having intense dreams about Romeo, and she can't shake them. But when Romeo is questioned by Nicole about his interest in Indi, he's adamant that he's not getting involved with anyone. He can't do it after Annie. Indi asks him to have lunch with her, but he balks, unable to do it. Romeo looks for advice, but struggles to find any.

Romeo sees Indi at the end of the day and admits to her things aren't easy right now. Through this chat, she inadvertently discovers about Sid and Marilyn going out, which angers her. She confronts her father over his two-timing behaviour - she's completely disgusted.

Sid is busted by the kids after a nurse stayed over, shattering the goodwill he had built up with them. Marilyn is excited for her date with Sid, though everyone is warning her to be careful.

Nicole still hasn't questioned Penn about seeing other girls, much as she is worried about it, she can't bring herself to do it. Penn meanwhile, is turning on the charm, helping to ease Colleen's distress. When Nicole finally works up the courage to ask him about other girls, he assures her he's not doing anything. But no sooner after he tells her that, he's hitting on a girl he meets on the beach,


Tuesday 20th July 2010
(Episode 5117)

Marilyn is looking forward to her big date with Sid, she cons Alf into giving her clothing advice, and he takes the opportunity to remind her she needs to be careful. But Marilyn wants to believe that people can change, and is willing to give Sid a chance. Indi is disgusted by Sid's behaviour – sleeping with Veronica when he's planning on going out with Marilyn. Neither Dex or Indi are pleased. Sid pleads with them to believe him – he wants to keep the family together. Romeo tells Marilyn Sid was with a nurse, who is surprised, and a bit shattered by the news. After taking time to reflect, she confronts Sid, asking if he's seeing anyone else, and he says no.

Nicole is still bothered by Penn, she simply can't shake the thought he's seeing other girls. She confides to Miles that she thought she was okay with it – she didn't want anything serious after Aden, but now she's really struggling with the thought that he's cheating on her.

Desperate to be with Liam, Ruby hates the fact she can't be, and it's consuming her every moment. Bianca continues to flirt with Liam, and he's quite taken with her, and their interaction really gets to Ruby. When Liam runs into Bianca at school, he's shocked to discover she's going to be joining the staff as languages teacher.


Wednesday 21st July 2010
(Episode 5118)

Xavier is still not pleased by the prospect of Gina dating John. April saves him from dinner with them, by inviting him to meet her sister Bianca. She tries to prepare Xavier for what he'll face, filling him in on her sister – she's fiery and opinionated and he better watch out. Xavier is nervous when they sit down to eat, and Bianca doesn't make it easy for him, until she sees Liam and Ruby and invites herself to join them. April is annoyed with Bianca that she's more interested in flirting with Liam than getting to know Xavier.

Marilyn defends her decision to still go out with Sid, even in the face of his night with Veronica. Although Sid has told Veronica he's no longer interested, she continues to make advances. When Sid is a little paranoid on their date, Marilyn calls him on it, and he confesses his concern that Veronica would turn up. Then Marilyn confides in Sid about her illness. She thought it would scare him off, but on the contrary, he's happy she has told him. When Veronica does show up, Marilyn handles her deftly, and sends her on her way. Sid is impressed and the date ends with a kiss. Marilyn invites Sid in, not wanting to waste time. The next morning, Alf is shocked when he sees Sid come out of Marilyn's room.

Ruby is trying to avoid Liam, still struggling with her feelings, but he can't avoid his pleas to work together. While they are working on a song at the Diner, Bianca arrives, and her, April and Xavier join them for dinner. Bianca and Liam continue to flirt, which only makes Ruby more uncomfortable, something Xavier notices. Xavier comes to see her the next morning, having worked out that Ruby is upset by Liam and Bianca, but she tries to prove it's not Liam by kissing Xavier.


Thursday 22nd July 2010
(Episode 5119)

After being kissed by Ruby, Xavier is stressing over whether to tell April. He sees her at school, but he can't bring himself to do it. Tony advises him to tell April the truth, except when Tony did that last time, it didn't work out so well. Xavier is left confused, so he turns to John, who tells him to keep it to himself - nothing good will come of telling April the truth. Xavier is torn over what to do, he eventually comes clean to April and to his surprise she is cool with his response.

Charlie is worried about Angelo's restaurant idea, she thinks he's rushing it and he's not going to be able to get everything done on time. Angelo is stressing – it's going to be tight for the first few months, but he's confident it will work. Charlie asks Leah for advice, and Leah tells her that it's always a challenge when you start a business. Charlie offers to help him, but when she sees first hand the extent of Angelo's problems, she grows very concerned. She confronts him about the business, confessing that she doesn't believe he can pull it off, which leaves Angelo shattered.

VJ is excited about Elijah's talk at careers day, as is Leah, who is happy that Elijah is doing things as part of the family. Leah can't hide her happiness to Rachel and Tony, she really is on cloud nine about her relationship with Elijah. Elijah is nervous about the talk, he wants it to go well. Delivering the speech about his time as a missionary, it is a great success with the kids, though Leah can't help but wonder if Elijah misses his time as a missionary. She asks him about it, but he assures her he loves his life with her.


Friday 23rd July 2010
(Episode 5120)

Penn is writing a letter to his father detailing his experiences in the Bay - what is his father’s connection to Summer Bay? Penn offers to donate some money to Tony's boxing project, which Tony is enthusiastic about, but Rachel isn't, and it creates tension. He uses this assistance to help get Angelo's restaurant up and running. It serves to reunite Angelo and Charlie, and as he watches them on the beach, Penn does something completely unexpected - what is Penn really up to in Summer Bay?

Angelo is still hurt by Charlie's lack of belief in his ability to get the restaurant going. Charlie is saddened when she learns Angelo can't open the restaurant in time – he thinks she will gloat, but Charlie tries to comfort him. However things change when Penn offers to help assure the restaurant's opening by using the kids from the boxing program. Angelo is taken aback, but gladly takes the assistance, wanting the restaurant to open on time.

Leah can't help but feel Elijah wishes he was back working as a missionary. He tells her he doesn't, but she's not convinced. Charlie tells her she just needs to ride it out, but Leah isn't so sure she can. When she finds a letter from a volunteer organisation, her heart skips a beat. She confronts Elijah about it, he assures her there was nothing sinister in the letter, he was just keeping on top of things, making sure they knew he was around if they needed anyone.
