Monday 13th September 2010
(Episode 5131)

Xavier tries to talk Gina out of kicking April and Bianca out, but Gina is having none of it. Xavier blames John – he thinks he is the real problem here. April thinks the way he's standing up for her is cute, but Xavier is determined to get April back in the house. She blames Bianca for the problems – she's sick of her sister just wreaking havoc and not caring about it. Liam isn't surprised when he hears what Bianca has done, but when he tells her it only upsets Bianca and she rails on him. John agrees to mend things with Xavier, but when Gina tells Xavier John is sorry, it angers Xavier – isn't John man enough to say it himself? He can't handle the way his mum is acting – it's like she doesn't care about anyone but John. When Irene overhears Xavier searching for somewhere for Bianca and April to live, she offers her place.

Ruby is preoccupied with thoughts of Liam, having to cover in front of Irene and Charlie. Over breakfast with Charlie, she turns the focus back on Angelo, but she can't hold Charlie off, and Ruby cracks, admitting to Charlie that she's in love with Liam. Charlie confronts Liam about it, and Liam assures her that he didn't do anything, and Charlie accepts that. But neither know how to handle the situation. Ruby sees Liam later, and begs him to be friends – she can't handle not having him in her life. He eventually submits to her request, not wanting to disappoint her.

Charlie and Angelo are overworked, and getting little time to spend together. Charlie is worried that Angelo overworking himself at the restaurant, he seems so desperate to make the place a success he never leaves. Alf too, is also concerned about the hours he's working – impressing upon him he needs to delegate. But Angelo won't listen to anyone, he keeps going at it, until he falls asleep in the storeroom. Alf gets Charlie to take him home, but she's concerned – he's doing too much and he won't listen. She needs help with Ruby, but Angelo is in no state to assist her.


Tuesday 14th September 2010
(Episode 5132)

Ruby has trouble adjusting to the idea of living with Bianca, the woman she thinks Liam is interested in. When she sees Liam in the Diner, she immediately leaves, unable to be around him even though she said she wanted to be friends. Liam runs into her on the Pier, and she accuses him of being interested in Bianca. He says he isn't, but she can't see it any other way. Bianca sees Liam comforting Ruby on the Pier and confronts him. He's being stupid and reckless and she feels she has no choice but to inform Gina. He's thrown, but he can't talk her out of it.

Gina is angry with John, as the effect that Bianca and Ruby leaving is that Xavier no longer wants to be home. Gina tells John he must mend things with Xavier. John tries to talk to Xavier, but because he blames John for April moving out, Xavier isn't the slightest bit interested in talking or mending the situation. At a loss of how to fix the problem, John asks what he can do in exchange for Xavier keeping the peace. Enjoying the idea that John would owe him, Xavier promises to cease fire on the condition he’ll call in a favour at a later date. John agrees, but will he live to regret it?

Penn thinks that Nicole is avoiding spending time with him, but she assures him she's not, and they go for a swim. Nicole confides in Penn that she no longer wants things to be casual between them – she thought that was what she needed after Aden, but she's realized she was wrong. Worried for her, Marilyn decides the family need to speak to her to sort her out. They try to talk to her, but Nicole isn't interested – she tells them Penn said Sid was lying. Annoyed, Sid and Miles go to confront him, and Penn denies everything, only frustrating the family even further. Nicole doesn't believe them when they tell her Penn denied everything and the adults are left at a loss as to what to do next. Miles kicks Penn out of the Caravan Park, and Penn's reaction is to blame Nicole, giving her a vicious serve at the pool the next morning.


Wednesday 15th September 2010
(Episode 5133)

Dex is continuing to harass Sid about his relationship with Marilyn – something Sid doesn't quite understand, but puts it down to Dex's strangeness. Dex pops over to see Marilyn, inviting himself for lunch, as he has questions for her. He unloads a stack of personal questions on her, which throws her, but he says he only wants to make sure his Dad is dating the right person. When Sid finds out what Dex has been up to, he thinks it's very strange and asks Dex about it. But Dex assures him it's nothing sinister – he's just looking out for his Dad.

Romeo and Indi are hanging out together more often, and when he sees her on the beach after a surf, he's taken by her beauty. He shakes it off, but when asked by Marilyn if he's going out with Indi, Romeo is quick to say no. He doesn't have time for a relationship, and after Annie, he's not sure he's ready for one. He avoids Indi all day, not sure how he's feeling or how he's meant to act, reminding her he isn't ready for a relationship, but his constant stating of that fact makes her mad. He finds her at work to apologise, but she's still mad at him, and in the middle of a rant, he kisses her, taking her completely by surprise.

Leah has a cold – she puts it down to the workload she's suffered under lately, but Miles thinks differently. He thinks it's about Elijah being away, but Leah assures him that's nonsense. Later, Miles finds her collapsed on the floor, having succumbed to her illness. Leah can't help but worry she's going to break down like she did after Australia Day, and she the last thing she wants is to put VJ through that again. VJ wants to help Leah, but Miles says he just has to wait – there's not much he can do right now.


Thursday 16th September 2010
(Episode 5134)

Romeo isn't quite sure what the kissing session with Indi the night before meant, he struggles with his feelings until he sees Indi at lunchtime. Not sure what to say to her, she asks him if he's having second thoughts about them. He tells her he's not, but the look on his face says otherwise. She calls him on his attitude later, worried that he's still hung up on Annie, but he tells her it's nothing to do with her, he just doesn't want to lose their friendship. Later that night, they talk on the phone, still able to chat as friends, and it looks like everything will be okay.

Rachel and Tony are still at odds over her proposed move to Boston – no matter what she says to try and show him it will all be fine, he's not interested in listening. He blames Daniel for ruining their lives, and isn't pleased when he turns up to see Rachel. Rachel tells Daniel that she's decided to take up the job in Boston whether Tony comes or not. Tony has also decided that he's staying in the Bay – if Rachel wants to make a stand, so will he. Rachel reaches out to Tony, calling him over and over, but he refuses to pick up, trying to make a decision. When he finally decides to come home to talk about it, he finds a one way ticket to Boston with Rachel's name on it.

Charlie is missing Angelo – ever since the restaurant opened she hasn't been able to see him. She's looking forward to spending the day with him, but he's called into the restaurant. She tries to get him to blow it off, but he won't. He promises her dinner, but when she arrives, she finds Angelo run off his feet in the restaurant, he's had a staff member call in sick and there's no way he can go out. He's sorry, but there's nothing he can do. Charlie is left annoyed – it's starting to feel like she's the only one who thinks this is a problem.


Friday 17th September 2010
(Episode 5135)

Marilyn is worried for Nicole in the wake of her break up with Penn. Nicole doesn't want to talk about it, but she gives into Marilyn's constant questions. She feels like her life is out of control and there's nothing she can do about it. Marilyn thinks she has a solution, and tells her they'll have a cleansing ritual. Marilyn, Alf Nicole and Miles all gather around Mr Odley the puppet who is soon to be no more..

Tony is at a loss after finding the ticket to Boston, he stays with Gina, unable to face Rachel. When they finally do talk, he's completely shocked to learn that Rachel plans on taking Harry with her. Tony is stubborn, refusing to let her do that. He's outraged, she tries to explain it, but to him it's clear she doesn't want compromise. After hearing how bad things are with Rachel and Tony, Leah tries to help. She tells Rachel that she needs to think through what she's doing, but Rachel is adamant. Then Leah has an idea – to call Lucas for help.

After his protective behaviour over Marilyn, Sid tries to bond with Dex, asking him to do a “guys” activity together. Dex wants to apologise to Marilyn for his behaviour – Sid doesn't think it's necessary, but Dex insists. Sid wants to know what he's going to say, but Dex assures him it will be fine. But when he apologises to Marilyn, she calls him “sweet”, and this only serves to encourage his attraction.
