(Episode 5821)

Dan has no idea that Libby blames him for the death of their baby. She confides the truth to Lucas, but pushes Steph away. Susan, however, makes no secret of the fact that she will not forgive Dan for what happened. When Dan hits on the idea of staging a memorial to help them all focus their grief, Susan refuses to be a part of it. Karl finally convinces her to swallow her pride for Libby’s sake but can they all make it through the memorial?

Knowing he has ground to make up, Ringo encourages Donna to pursue her latest design - a “shrug-a-lero”. She gets Kate and Sophie to assist, helping to lift their spirits in Harry’s absence. But when boisterous Donna presents her idea to Ringo in front of his St John Ambulance mates, he’s embarrassed by her. Is their relationship in worse shape than ever?

(Episode 5822)

The Kennedy’s worst fears are confirmed with the recurrence of Susan’s MS. As her family struggles to cope, Libby pushes Dan away more than ever. He finds it tough to handle the guilt and pressure, but Libby’s problems are growing too, as confused Ben accuses Susan of being cruel to Dan. As the community gathers to support Susan, Libby finds it harder and harder to bottle-up the fact she blames Dan for everything that’s happened. The fallout for their relationship could be irreparable.

Donna’s obsessed with proving herself a fashion heavyweight by ensuring her fashion innovation, the shrug-a-lero, becomes a reality. When concerned Ringo questions how she plans to impress a bank loan manager, Donna again dismisses him for being unsupportive. Down at the bank, Ringo’s advice proves spot on. But proud Donna struggles to apologise, guaranteeing an uncomfortable upcoming trip away to Schoolies Week.

With Sunny’s parents due to arrive, Zeke starts to doubt if Susan and Karl can handle the added pressure. In order to protect his family, Zeke thinks Sunny should go home without a fight but surprises everyone by deciding to move to Korea in order to be with her. But when Sunny sees Karl and Susan struggling to hold it together she realises they need him more than she first thought and tells Zeke to stay behind. What will Zeke do?

After finding out Libby blames him for the death of their unborn baby, Lucas arrives in time to save Dan from going off the rails. Forced to keep it together for Ben’s sake, Libby struggles with the pain until Dan returns home. To her dismay he decides that as long as she blames him, he can’t live with her.

Thursday 11th February 2010
(Episode 5824)

As Harry struggles in foster care, Paul and Toadie do their best to present Lou as a suitable guardian in order to bring Harry home. Paul struggles to work with smug Lou but knowing this is for the Ramsays he persists. Harry tries to cover his eagerness to return home, but Declan suspects there’s more to it than just homesickness. However, when Toadie reveals Lou’s case is looking good, but it may take a few more weeks, Harry assures them he can hold on. What’s really going on in Harry’s foster home?

After telling Zeke he can’t abandon his family, Sunny decides it’s best she heads back to Korea as soon as possible. She puts a brave face on, and won’t discuss it with Zeke. Despite his own hurt, Zeke is determined to make Sunny’s last day memorable, arranging an impromptu farewell picnic, and a gig by her favourite band. But when it’s time to leave, she still hasn’t spoken to him. Will she leave, without telling him how she feels?

Friday 12th February 2010
(Episode 5825)

Declan spies bruises on Harry’s back and suspects all is not well in his new foster home. Harry promises everything is fine and begs Declan to leave him alone. Luckily for Harry, Declan doesn’t listen and manages to break up a fight between Harry and his bullying foster brother Craig. Declan urges Harry to report the abuse but Harry refuses: he doesn’t want to jeopardise things with DHS now. Declan debates whether or not to tell someone what is going on, but it’s only when he overreacts to Lucas’ unconventional babysitting techniques with India that he realises he has a duty to protect Harry. Toadie does his best to get the DHS to act but they’re moving too slowly for Kate, who’s devastated her brother is suffering. Frustrated by the bureaucracy, Lou decides to take matters into his own hands.

Busy building her new business empire, Donna tricks Lucas into looking after India while she works. Caught between a rock and a hard place, Lucas reluctantly chooses babysitting duty. He struggles, but Toadie uses Lucas in a social experiment that only reinforces that he’s not ready to move on so soon after Elle has left. Meanwhile, Donna prepares to launch her own business and ropes Kate in to help her.
