Andrew is relieved his father is awake, but Rebecca is finding it much more confronting having to talk to the man who betrayed her. Andrew forces Paul to remember the night he was pushed – and Paul gives the Police Diana’s name. On the run, Diana pays a surprise visit to Paul. Where she reveals a truth about the night he was pushed. Meanwhile Rebecca is torn now that she’s faced with a future with Paul. Will she stand by him?
Andrew’s initial happiness that Paul is conscious is short-lived, as he realises that Paul is not keen on retribution. Feeling angry that Diana will get away with attempted murder, Andrew shuts down. Summer and Natasha are determined to jolly him out of his dark mood, but their efforts come to nothing. It is only when they enlist the help of someone else that they get results.
Tuesday 9th November 2010
Sensing Andrew’s vulnerability, Rebecca charges Summer with looking out for him. She rallies his friends, but is stymied when Natasha’s suggestion that they all head out to an all age dance party seems to be just the answer Andrew was looking for. At the club, Natasha is all over Andrew and Chris spots Summer’s jealousy. She denies she has feelings for him, but as the music starts pounding and Andrew starts dancing with her, there’s no fighting the feeling anymore.
Libby’s disappointed when she learns that her parents have renewed contact with Lyn and Toadie behind her back. She’s not quite ready to forgive, but eventually softens after advice from Lucas. She arrives at Toadie’s house intent on making peace – but will she be able to go through with it?
Wednesday 10th November 2010
Desperate to feel like her old self, Steph tries to rebuild her life. However when she discovers Toadie’s sending toys to Adam, she’s reminded again of what she’s done. Looking for an escape, Steph reconnects with bad boy ex-boyfriend Woody. Seeing it as a chance to re-invent herself as the independent biker chick she used to be, Steph revels in not being the scarlet woman who gave away her baby. Certain she’s going off the rails, will Lyn get through to her?
Needing to move on from Steph, Lucas forces unwilling Michael to join him on a pick-up mission. After stealing the woman Zeke was chatting up, Lucas is roped into a competition to prove who‘s the better ladies man.
Thursday 11th November 2010
Convinced Steph is suffering from postnatal depression and despite Steph’s warning not to interfere, Lyn stages an intervention. Steph feels ambushed and takes off with Woody. Lyn faces the possibility that she’s lost Steph for good.
Libby reminds Karl that it’s his wedding anniversary and Karl pretends he’s prepared. He’s not, of course, and Ringo is coerced into helping. After a few false starts he lives up to his promise to provide Susan with an ‘experience’.
Friday 12th November 2010
Paul’s still in Hospital, frustrated by his inability to remember what happened on the Mezzanine. Unable to stand it any longer, he forces Andrew to take him back to the scene of the crime. Paul’s assaulted by a barrage of flashbacks but won’t reveal to Andrew what he’s seen. Meanwhile Declan continues his push to make Rebecca leave Paul for good…
Callum and Sophie are surrounded by stressed adults, and are determined to find some fun for both themselves and their overwhelmed families. A Rotary Scavenger Hunt seems just the thing, and Sophie and Callum pledge to take each other on the Cruise prize if they win. But when Callum does triumph, he discovers that no-one under 18 can accept the prize. He’s disappointed, but when Sonya suggests he might like to donate the prize to charity, Callum knows exactly who it should go to.
