Reeling from the revelation that Paul remembers everything about his accident, Declan persuades Rebecca that they must flee Erinsborough. But Kate is suspicious, and she springs them in the act of packing their bags. She demands answers. Declan confesses – he pushed Paul. But something about his confession doesn’t ring true. It takes Rebecca’s account of the night in question to show Kate the truth about Paul’s ‘accident’.
Donna returns from time with her family with a renewed appreciation of the life Susan and Karl have built around them. She decides that preparing an ambitious home-cooked dinner is the logical first step to ensuring the dream of a warm and wonderful family life comes true for her and Ringo. What could possibly go wrong?
Tuesday 16th November 2010
Rebecca tells Paul she plans to turn herself in, but Paul’s not prepared to lose her. He claims unless she keeps quiet and stays with him, he’ll tell the Police Declan pushed him. Blackmailed, Rebecca struggles to convince Declan she’s decided not to go to the Police because she and Paul are giving their marriage another chance.
Kate’s also suspicious, believing Rebecca’s just trying to save her own skin. Paul quells Kate’s doubts by expressing his genuine feelings for Rebecca, hoping Kate can forgive her like he has. But can Rebecca convince Declan that she’s had a genuine change of heart?
Michael’s coerced into a date with Ruby. Promising she’s fine with him dating again, Natasha changes her tune when she thinks she knows who it is. Fearing she’ll be replaced, Natasha tries to sabotage the date. But instead of interrupting Michael and Ruby, Natasha crashes an innocent conversation between Michael and Poppy. Even when she learns of her mistake, Natasha’s still upset. Michael assures her she’ll always be the most important woman in his life, but she’s still going to be punished for trying to ruin his chances at romance.
Wednesday 17th November 2010
Wanting to make sure Steph’s okay, Summer plans to track her down at Woody’s. Fearing they’ll push her away for good, Lyn warns her not to, but enlisting Andrew’s help, Summer discovers Steph hanging out with a rowdy bunch of bikers. Steph orders them to leave but Summer refuses, inadvertently destroying Steph’s safe-haven. Steph cracks it, driving Andrew and Summer home in silence. Summer reaches out one last time, but feeling unworthy, Steph pushes her away. Shattered Summer confides in Lyn; if they don’t get Steph help, they’re going to lose her for good.
Although reluctant to leave Steph, Toadie’s glad the Cruise will give him and Sonya some time alone. However those plans are shattered when they discover Eli, Sonya’s perfect ex-boyfriend, is also on board. Toadie struggles to fight his jealousy and despite Sonya’s assurances, can’t help but try to out do Eli.
Avoiding her sham marriage at home, Rebecca buries herself at work. Desperate for a distraction, she helps Michael find an appropriate punishment for Natasha.

After witnessing Steph in complete denial at Woody’s house, Summer begs Lyn to act before matters get worse. Knowing she needs extra muscle, Lyn goes to Lucas. He gives Lyn some photos of baby Adam, in the hopes that seeing them will shake Steph out of her denial and make her face her problems. But when Lyn turns up at Woody’s, she learns that Steph has done a runner.
Desperate to find her and with nowhere else to turn, Lyn calls on Libby for help, but Libby refuses. Hoping to change her mind, Susan reveals she saved the letter Steph wrote to Libby when the secret first came out. She advises Libby to read it and come to her ex-best friend’s aid. But will Libby heed the call?
When Sonya’s ex-boyfriend Eli delivers a crowd-pleasing performance at the karaoke contest, Toadie regrets his decision to try and compete against him. But unable to back down, Toadie takes the stage. What he lacks in talent he makes up for in showmanship, and he wins the crowd. The pair are finally back on track with their romantic getaway before a desperate phone call changes everything.

Steph is still missing, and Lyn, Lucas and Summer are frantic. Their worry is only compounded when Karl and Susan reveal Libby read the letter Steph left for her, and has gone to meet her. Lyn’s unsure Steph’s strong enough to stand a showdown with angry Libby and it seems like her fears are well founded as the former best friends face off. Will the former best friends reunite, or will their showdown spiral out of control, leading to an unforeseen tragedy?
Donna thinks Ringo has overlooked their one month wedding anniversary, when in fact he’s got a complicated scheme in place to surprise and delight her. While Donna’s disgruntled and worried that they’re already becoming an old married couple, Ringo has to change plans on the hop when he learns Lyn has run out of one of the vital ingredients for his romantic scheme. He recruits his friend to help distract Donna while he goes across town to remedy the situation. Will Ringo’s selfless gesture put him in the path of tragedy?
