- A housemate is told something by Big Brother that they're not allowed to tell the other housemates.
- Davina reveals a new 'twist' at the end of the Friday show.
- A housemate threatens to leave the house.
- A housemate throws up.
- Two housemates kiss - drink double if it's for the first time.
- A housemate mentions a former housemate - drink double if it's about someone from a previous year.

Drink three times whenever...
- A housemate gets fully naked.
- Housemates are possibly having sex.
- A housemate gets evicted.
- A housemate gets booed.
