- Nathan sneers or grins.
- Nikki touches her hair.
- Mohimnder's father is referred to - drink double if it's Mohimnder saying "my father's research".
- You see the mysterious symbol.
- Hiro adjusts his glasses.
- Hiro excitedly shouts something out.
- Nikki or Jessica see a reflection of the other.
- Matt gets a headache.
- Matt reads someone's mind.
- Claire gets hurt - drink double if she gets killed.
- Claire's dad removes his glasses.

Drink twice whenever...
- Sylar is seen (pre-reveal).
- The sentence "Save the cheerleader, save the world" is said.
- Sylar gains a new power.
- Hiro makes his screwed up face.
- Peter actually smiles.
