- You hear any of the following: “bitch”, “damn”, "fart", “asshole”, “dude”.
- Someone comments on Cartman's weight.
- Someone refers to Cartman's mom as being easy.
- Cartman eats cheesy poofs.
- Cartman says "screw you guys, I'm going home".
- Stan throws up.
- Kenny pulls on his hood strings.

Drink twice whenever...
- A ‘celebrity’ appears.
- Cartman says: "Screw you guys, I'm going home!"
- Someone sings – drink double if it’s not Chef.
- Wendy speaks to Stan.
- Swearing is bleeped out.
- Terence & Philip are on TV.
- Mr. Garrison's sexuality is questioned.
- There’s a news report.

Drink three times whenever...
- Kenny dies.
- There’s a Vietnam flashback.
- Someone farts – drink double if it’s Terence and/or Philippe.
- Jesus appears.
- Someone is on fire – drink double if the fire comes from their ass.
