Jack Osbourne Celebrity Adrenaline Junkie – Meet the celebrities

Jack Osbourne is back with his Adrenaline Junkie exploits from around the globe on ITV2, but this time he has managed to enlist various celebrity companions to join him in convoy.

Elijah Wood

Elijah Wood is probably best known for his role as Frodo Baggins in Peter Jackson’s The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Other film roles include the voice of Mumble in the animated smash-hit Happy Feet, the role of Kevin in the 2005 Blockbuster, Sin City, as well as Spy Kids, The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind alongside Jim Carey and Kate Winslet and Green Street. Elijah was a successful child actor, having stared in children’s classics such as Flipper, Back to the Future Part II and The Adventures of Huck Finn. Television credits include Frasier and King of the Hill.


Gemma Atkinson

Gemma is concentrating on her return to acting with a part in forthcoming Brit flick Boogie Woogie alongside Jaime Winstone, Christopher Lee and Heather Graham, which is out in August. Gemma will also be treading the boards at Manchester Royal Opera house at Christmas playing the part of Peter Pan. In March Gemma hosted the first ever play.com event at Wembley Stadium with Iain Lee, which was transmitted on T4 over the Easter weekend 2008. In April Gemma went to Beijing where she took part in the great walk of China with Olivia Newton-John for Olivia’s cancer centre.


Tom Felton


Tom is best known for his role of Draco Malfoy in The Harry Potter films. Tom has appeared in all of the Harry Potter feature films to date alongside Daniel Radcliffe, including Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince which is due for general release later this year. Tom has also starred in films such as Anna and the King with Jodie Foster, plus family favourite The Borrowers. Tom’s TV credits include Second Sight alongside Clive Owen.


Wendi Peters


Wendi is best known for her role as Cilla Battersby Brown in Coronation Street and ‘Podger’ Pam Jolly in Bad Girls. Other television credits include Arrest and Out of the Blue, as well as film credits including Gyppo and Emily in In Love and War.

Charlie Brooks

Charlie Brooks is probably best known for her role as Janine Butcher in Eastenders. She was with the show from 1999 until 2004 and will be returning for a further year from this September, after reprising the character in the Tribute to Mike Read episodes earlier this year. Charlie has just completed filming on Wired – a three-parter for ITV in which she co-stars alongside Lawrence Fox and Jodie Whittaker.


Bez from The Happy Mondays

Mark Berry, also known as ‘Bez’ discovered his fame as a dancer with the band The Happy Mondays from Manchester in 1980. However, after the split up of the band, Bez teamed up with lead singer Shaun Ryder to form the band Black Grape. In 1996 Bez left Black Grape and currently appears in his own bad, Domino Bones. He appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2005 and earned enough money to pay off his numerous debts, when he won the show. However despite the winnings, Bez was declared bankrupt earlier this year, for a second time.


Jody Latham


Jody is best known for his role as Phillip “Lip” Gallagher in Channel 4’s hit drama, Shameless. Since leaving Shameless, Jody has appeared in the ITV drama, The Fixer playing the role of Callum and has also appeared in the music video Moonshine and Roses by International One.

Jody’s future projects include films, Act of Grace which he is also associate-producing and The Michael Gomez Story where Jody plays the role of Michael Gomez – a young Irish traveller turned boxer.

Craig David


With 13 million albums sold and ten solo top ten hits, Craig David is one of Britain’s most accomplished R&B-pop writer-performers, and is still only 26. Craig’s fourth album, titled Trust Me was produced in both London and Havana, with producer Martin Terefe and longtime writer-producer collaborator Fraser T Smith. The album contains the Let’s Dance-sampling lead single Hot Stuff (approved by David Bowie), as well as the single This Is The Girl, his top 20 collaboration with London rapper Kano.


Emma Griffiths


Emma hosted the red carpet coverage of The BAFTAs 2008 live alongside Ryan Seacrest for E! Entertainment. She presented I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here Now alongside her fiancé, Matt Willis for ITV2 last year. And more recently Backstage at The Brits and the Sony Ericsson Empire Awards both for ITV2. Emma started modelling from a young age, travelling the world and featuring in magazines such as Vogue, Marie Claire, Elle as well as doing campaigns for Gap and Samsung among others. She can now be seen promoting the new colour care range from Head and Shoulders.


Huey Morgan


Hugh (Huey) Morgan (full name Hugh Thomas Angel Diaz Morgan) is best known as the lead vocalist/guitarist for the New York rock/rap/alternative band, Fun Loving Criminals. The half Irish-half Puerto Rican star is hugely popular along with his band mates in the UK and Ireland, where he co-owns a bar and a restaurant. Huey regularly wrote a wine column for the magazine Mondo from 1998 to 2000. Morgan appeared on the comedy show Never Mind The Buzzcocks as a guest presenter, as well as taking part in The Underdog Show.

John Thompson


John Thomson began his career by doing the voices for the satirical series Spitting Image and also played Fat Bob alongside Steve Coogan's Paul and Pauline Calf. John is best known for playing Pete Gifford, in the ITV series Cold Feet, which was critically acclaimed and regularly attracted 8 million viewers. It won over 20 awards and was sold to over 33 countries. He also played pub landlord Ken in Men Behaving Badly.


Jodie Kidd


Jodie is a leading supermodel and keen sportswoman, playing Polo to a high level and golf to a handicap of 18. She is also an established TV presenter, with shows including Fashion Avenue, BBC Royal Ascot, Redbull Air Race and Turbo Tennis. Jodie has extended her love of fashion by developing a golfing range with Hi Tec and a fashion line with Oli, both of which have become best sellers. In 2005 and 2006 Jodie competed in both the All Star Cup Tournament and the Dunhill Links, alongside some of the worlds leading golfers and personalities such as Colin Montgomery, Samuel L Jackson and Hugh Grant.


Matt Willis


Matt Willis has a natural talent for presenting and 'The King of the Jungle' (2006) was last seen working his charm on ITV2's I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here Now! alongside his wife Emma Griffiths. Following on from their success the popular duo covered the BAFTAs for E! and also hosted ITV2's coverage of THE BRITS. Matt was formerly a member of Busted, one of the biggest boy bands in the UK, and co-wrote many of the band’s hits.
