Hollyoaks: Freshers - Preview

Coming to E4.com in August 2010, Hollyoaks: Freshers is a brand new online drama, exclusively introducing three new students.

What's it about?

The interactive drama will encourage viewers to follow the off-screen exploits of their favourite Hollyoaks characters and meet the new students for the first time, learning their back stories ahead of their arrival in the main Channel 4 show in September.

How many episodes are there?

The series will run for six 10-minute episodes.

Where can I watch it?

Viewers will be able to keep up with the drama at e4.com/hollyoaks and follow their favourite characters on You Tube, Facebook, Twitter and Flickr where blog entries, videos, photo albums, daily updates and a range of other digital media events will be updated regularly on the sites throughout the series.

Who are the new characters?

The series introduces newcomers Jamil (Sikander Malik), Doug (PJ Brennan) and Leanne (Jessica Forrest).

Who else in it?

The series also stars established favourites Darren (Ashley Taylor Dawson), Charlotte (Amy Yamasaki) and Dave (Elliot Langridge), alongside the return of Alex Carter as Lee Hunter.

When's it start?

The episodes will be published every Thursday and Friday at 7pm from 26th August 2010.
